ZANDRA MACDONALD has 3 letting rooms - the bedrooms and public rooms are all on the ground floor:

A double, 12'2" × 11'9" (3.7 × 3.55m)
A twin, 13'11" × 10' (4.2 × 3.05m)
A double, 11' × 9'7" (3.35 × 2.9m)
All rooms have wash-hand basin; tea & coffee making facilities; and colour television. The three rooms share 2 bathrooms - each bathroom with WC, shower, and washbasin.
Off-street parking.
Rates: £ 25 per person bed & breakfast
Muirfield Gardens is a cul-de-sac and is a very quiet street.

DUNCRAIG VILLA is on the west side of the River Ness, just 11-12 minutes' walk from the town centre. It's a beautiful, traditional stone-built house. Duncraig is run by Gill Rattray, who used to work with me when I had a travel agency in Inverness in the 1980s. Duncraig is a very attractive Victorian stone-built house Gill has 3 rooms to let:

A double room 10'8" × 10'6" (3.25 × 3.2m). King-size bed, en suite facilities - shower, WC, wash-basin;

A 12'10" × 12'6" (3.9 × 3.8m) room with 1 double and 1 single bed. En suite facilities - shower, WC, wash-basin;

A 13'6" × 11'9" (4.1 × 3.55m) room with 1 double and 1 single bed. Large exclusive-use bathroom just across the landing - bath with shower, WC, wash-basin.

All these rooms are on the first floor of the house - in North America this may be understood as the 2nd floor. All rooms have tea- & coffee-making facilities and colour TV. Gill, Lenny (her husband) Lauren and Nicola (their daughters) are all cat-lovers. The sitting room (which sometimes you may share with the family) is on the ground floor, as is the breakfast room.
